Your kiosk stays active as long as your subscription is current. Free plans remain available unless the account becomes inactive. Paid and Enterprise plans stay live for the full billing cycle, and Enterprise contracts renew yearly.
You can add images, videos, services, products, booking information, and brand content that represents your business. All content must follow CrownThrive’s Acceptable Use Policies and Cultural Imprint Engine guidelines. Restricted or harmful content may be removed through CHLOM compliance review.
Yes. You may export your content at any time. Business, Agency, and Enterprise users can request migration support, and Enterprise clients receive full onboarding and offboarding assistance as part of their annual service agreement.
Yes. All paid plans allow you to connect a custom domain. Agency and Enterprise users can manage multiple domains for multiple kiosks. Free plans use the standard ThriveKiosks subdomain.
Your plan determines how many kiosks you can manage. Launch and Pro users can create one kiosk. Business users can create up to ten kiosks. Agencies can create up to fifty kiosks, and Enterprise clients have unlimited kiosk capacity under an annual contract.
Free and Pro users receive automated help through ThriveBot AI. Business users receive priority email support. Agency users get access to premium support channels. Enterprise clients receive a dedicated representative with a custom service agreement. Incubated partners should contact their Account Manager through the Collab Portal, and general inquiries can be sent to contact@crownthrive.com
