7. Platform Integrity and System Protection
You may not attempt to bypass security systems, access restricted areas, interfere with operations, manipulate platform code, exploit vulnerabilities, or use automated systems to overload or disrupt services. Any attempt to alter, rewrite, clone, imitate, or replicate platform features or mobile app components without permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Mobile App Usage
The ThriveKiosks mobile app provides tools for editing kiosks, updating business information, uploading media, managing NFC settings, and viewing analytics. You agree to use the app only as intended and to respect all system limitations.
You may not decompile, disassemble, translate, or reverse-engineer any part of the mobile app. Attempts to modify the app, bypass authentication, extract proprietary code, or disrupt data flows are prohibited.
Updates to the app may be released periodically to improve performance, security, and compatibility. You agree to install updates promptly to ensure proper functionality.
9. Data Accuracy and User-Provided Content

You retain ownership of the content You upload, but You grant CrownThrive LLC the right to store, process, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the platform.
10. Device and Technical Requirements
The mobile app requires a compatible smartphone and a stable internet connection. Performance may vary depending on device model, operating system, regional restrictions, and hardware capabilities. ThriveKiosks is not responsible for device limitations or failures caused by user hardware.
11. NFC Interaction and Mobile App Sync
NFC cards and the mobile app work together to ensure your kiosk updates are reflected immediately. Modifying or tampering with NFC chips, attempting to rewrite activation keys, or interfering with the encoding process is strictly prohibited and may permanently disable your NFC features.
12. Analytics and Tracking Features
ThriveKiosks may provide analytics through the mobile app, including tap counts, scan activity, location approximations, traffic sources, and link interactions. These tools are intended solely to help You understand engagement with your kiosk. Misuse of analytics, including attempts to manipulate or falsify activity, is prohibited.
13. Security Expectations
You must use the platform in a safe and responsible manner. You agree not to introduce harmful code, viruses, bots, or scripts into the system. If You discover a potential security concern, You agree to report it immediately rather than attempting to exploit it.
14. App Permissions and Functionality
The mobile app may request permissions such as camera access (for uploading photos), storage access (for saving content), and NFC access (for reading or interacting with NFC-enabled features). You may deny permissions, but doing so may limit functionality.
