This Policy applies globally and outlines the rights, obligations, conduct standards, data protections, enforcement procedures, professional validation requirements, content classification rules, community expectations, and governance structures that ensure the safety, integrity, and lawful use of ThriveKiosks.

ThriveKiosks does not claim ownership of user content. All user-generated content belongs to the creator. However, by using the platform, each user grants CrownThrive LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, index, distribute, and process submitted content strictly for the purpose of platform operations, user experience, ecosystem functionality, and compliance requirements.

UGC includes, but is not limited to business information, bios, NFC card link destinations, product catalogs, media uploads, brand assets, reviews, comments, portfolio items, social links, buttons, imported listings, text descriptions, AI-generated content produced by users, and any data voluntarily entered into the platform or transmitted via the mobile app.

Users retain ownership of their work. CrownThrive only processes content to enable features such as kiosk display, NFC activation, contact actions, integrations, syncing, analytics, indexing, and platform improvements.

2. Rights You Grant to CrownThrive

By submitting content, you authorize CrownThrive to host, store, reproduce, transmit, resize, reformat, display, categorize, index, and otherwise process your content as necessary to operate the services. This license is non-exclusive and does not diminish your ownership or intellectual property rights. This license ends when your content is deleted, subject to archival and legal retention requirements.

3. Professional Claims Verification Requirements

ThriveKiosks requires verification for:

Professional claims such as medical, dental, financial, legal, therapeutic, coaching, real estate, fitness training, licensed trades, and regulated services. Users making such claims must upload proof of certification, licensing, or relevant authority. CrownThrive may request additional verification at any time.

Examples:

• A user claiming to be a CPA must provide valid CPA documentation.
• A fitness trainer claiming specialization must show certification evidence.
• A business offering regulated services may be asked for permit or license proof.

Unverified claims are removed or restricted. Failure to verify repeatedly will result in permanent limitations.
