Thank you for choosing ThriveKiosks. We provide digital kiosks, vCards, NFC activation tools, and related services that often begin delivering value immediately upon purchase. Because of this, our refund rules differ from traditional retail purchases and follow global digital-goods standards.

The terms in this Policy apply to all digital services, subscription plans, upgrades, NFC cards, and any physical items purchased through ThriveKiosks. This includes custom production work, digital assets, activation codes, kiosk templates, and any associated setup or integration services.

You refers to the individual or entity accessing or using ThriveKiosks.

No Refunds for Digital Services and Custom NFC Cards

Digital products, subscription plans, and platform services cannot be refunded once access has been granted. NFC cards cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once production has started because each card is custom-made, encoded, and prepared specifically for the purchasing user. Users may cancel automatic renewals at any time, and their access will remain available until the end of their paid term. Refunds are only provided when required under applicable law.

Legally Required Refunds

If a refund is legally required and approved, reimbursement will be processed using the original method of payment wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, payment processors, fraud reviews, and compliance requirements in the jurisdiction where You are located.

Governing Law and Territorial Scope

This Policy applies worldwide and is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, together with any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived under the laws of the region where the user resides. Returns Policy

To request help with a subscription or to inquire about your order status before production or activation begins, You may email contact@crownthrive.com. Our support team will review your request and respond within standard processing times. Support review does not guarantee eligibility for a refund or return.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital items, software features, kiosk tools, templates, and platform access are not returnable under any circumstances because they cannot be “un-delivered” once access is created. NFC cards are treated as custom goods and therefore are also not returnable or exchangeable. These goods may require manual configuration, encoding, quality checks, and activation processes that cannot be reversed.

Right to Decline Refund Requests

The Company reserves the right to decline any refund or return request that conflicts with this Policy, impacts platform security or licensing, disrupts production agreements, abuses chargeback systems, or attempts to bypass digital delivery rules and ecosystem protections.

Return Shipping and Risk

If a return is legally required and approved, You are responsible for all costs and risks associated with returning the item. ThriveKiosks provides free outbound shipping on NFC cards; however, this does not apply to return shipments. Because NFC cards are produced by artisan and small-batch partners, processing times and shipping locations may vary. All NFC shipments are sent by ground or standard methods unless otherwise stated, and the Company retains discretion over carrier selection.

Custom NFC Cards as Non-Refundable Goods

Each NFC card is produced individually, may contain unique activation keys, and is prepared specifically for the purchasing user. Because of this custom nature, all NFC orders are final unless local law requires an exception. Users may cancel upcoming subscription renewals at any time, but past payments are non-refundable.

Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

NFC cards cannot be refunded or exchanged due to their custom nature, artisan production timeline, and unique encoding process. Once an NFC card enters production, it is permanently classified as a non-returnable good. Production and delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by supply chains, partner capacity, shipping carriers, or external events. Delays that are outside our direct control do not create entitlement to a refund.
